Heck if I know..I used to repair computers of this a lot in the past but some of these programs are getting more and more malicious with how smart the spyware is..it sucks when it gets into your registry and decides to not leave. I remember the days when I didnt know what spyware was...*sighs*

Another program that can assist in the removal of this stuff is Spybot: Search and Destroy.

That and using Firefox I'm told lol. But the first does wonders. Absolutely free too.
